Paul has been great. He has helped us with our 8 week old Cavapoo - his techniques and experiences have helped us shape the way our puppy behaves - we have been toilet training outside from the off set which is now becoming easier and we can read when our dog needs to go out. I have had to amend my review due to our experience we have had since I initially wrote this. We had 1 session left with Paul which now he has refused to honour. We booked a number of appointments with Paul which we have had to cancel due to personal circumstances and illnesses in the family which have been out of our control. I have since reached out to Paul to rebook our last session which he said as I cancelled within 24 hours I now lose that session. These sessions aren't cheap and we are very disappointed with the outcome of his response. He said business is business! You did also not show up to an appointment we booked - i had to call you after waiting 20 minutes. At least we cancelled giving you notice. It's a shame it's come to this as we wouldn't use your services again!

I highly recommend Paul Haylock Dog Training! Both Paul and Joe are incredibly knowledgeable and patient, working with both us and our puppy Lola to ensure we all understand the training techniques. In addition to 1-2-1 and group training sessions we also receive access to online training videos which provide a week by week guide and helped us prepare for Lola’s arrival as first time dog parents. Paul provides quick feedback to any questions we have. The approach is clear, effective, and tailored to Lola’s needs, making the whole experience enjoyable. We’ve seen great progress in Lola’s behaviour and Paul and Joe’s guidance has been invaluable throughout. Thank you Paul & Joe! 😊

I have a female. Malamute ,who was driving me to distraction I was near the point of giving her up,then I found Paul's website it turned out to be a blessing through the one to one training she is now in a better place ,we still have a long road to tread but with the guidance from paul I think me an her will make it as a team .

We went to Paul’s 6 week puppy classes and had two one-to-one sessions. Paul and Joe were very knowledgeable and passionate about training. Both us and our pup Podrick learnt lots of great lessons and we would highly recommend.

We have found the training invaluable and thoroughly enjoyed it. We had two 1/2/1’s before classes and found these super helpful. They certainly prepared us for puppy classes as Evie was super focused on us and didn’t seem too bothered about the other dogs. The classes were spacious and there weren’t too many dogs. Paul & Joe were great at explaining everything and the classes were fun and kept us engaged. It really helped us lay the right foundations and truly believe it’s why Evie is thriving now. I would highly recommend the training and so glad we did it.

It was great to see our dog Daisy to learn socialise better, in calmer manner with other dogs and being more confident in learning some old and some new tricks. All was explained by Paul and Jo well, then we practiced. It was actually a lot of fun 🤩 we miss these evenings

Right from the initial home visit Paul started improving our experience of dog ownership. We enjoyed the training sessions and so did Hilda...always took some actionable tips home from each session. Few niggles with facilities here and there but we'll be carrying on with Paul and Joe, they're brilliant

We first met Paul on a home visit for our then 9 week old Cavapoo. From crate training to puppy training classes we have had untold support and Paul’s passion shines through. It’s been a massive learning curve for us but Paul has remained committed and supportive throughout. We have now signed up for phase two starting in a few weeks and can’t wait to learn even more about how to give our girl the best life. Highly recommended
