ONLINE PUPPY COACHING PROGRAMME
You’ve watched the TikToks, saved the Instagram reels, read the Facebook advice, listened to the podcast clips and watched YouTube trainers arguing with each other in the comments. One person tells you to ignore it. Another tells you to redirect. Another says never say “no”, and another says you must correct them immediately. Every single one of them sounds confident.
And now you’re sat there with a biting, overexcited, over-aroused Tasmanian devil, thinking: “What the hell am I actually supposed to do?”
Despite all the information available online, you somehow feel more confused than ever. You’re second-guessing yourself constantly. Every accident feels like a failure, every bad walk feels embarrassing, every ignored recall feels frustrating, and every sleepless night chips away at your patience.
And the worst part? You’re terrified of getting it wrong, and terrified that the pulling, biting, barking, jumping, whining, reactivity or chaos is becoming your dog’s future.
You love your puppy. But if we’re being real, this isn’t what you imagined. You thought having a puppy would feel fun, calm, exciting and rewarding. Instead, it feels stressful, chaotic and mentally exhausting.

Not more random tips, not generic advice and not another “try this little hack”. What you need is structure, clarity, guidance, accountability and a step-by-step roadmap.
Your puppy doesn’t need confusion. They need leadership, consistency and someone who actually knows what they’re doing. That’s exactly what we give you.
You wake up knowing exactly what to do each day, and you understand how to:
No more guessing, no more information overload and no more doom-scrolling social media at 11pm wondering why nothing’s working. Just a clear, proven system.

The truth is, most owners don’t need more information. They need someone to say: this is the priority right now, this is what matters, and this is what your puppy needs. Ignore the noise and follow the plan.
That’s what we do. We coach you to become calm, capable, confident and consistent, because when the handler changes, everything changes.
We’ve helped owners from all over the world go from feeling completely overwhelmed and out of their depth to finally feeling calm, confident and back in control of their puppy.
No matter where someone lives, the emotions are always the same: the frustration of feeling like nothing is working, the anxiety of wondering if you’re messing your puppy up, the exhaustion of constantly firefighting bad behaviour, and the overwhelm of endless conflicting advice with still no real plan.
That’s where we come in. Through our online coaching, we’ve guided owners through everything from completely chaotic puppies with zero boundaries to adolescent dogs dragging their owners down the street, ignoring recall, reacting to everything and running the household.
Our coaching works because we simplify everything. We cut through the noise, remove the guesswork and give you clarity, structure and a proven roadmap you can actually follow consistently. No fluff, no trendy social media gimmicks and no trying 15 different methods at once. Just practical coaching, clear communication and a system that gets real-world results.

We know this works because it’s a repeatable system that hundreds of owners have followed over several years, through our puppy classes and our 1-2-1 training programmes.
Every enquiry we’ve ever received, whether that person went on to work with us or not, has given us data showing exactly why the common problems arise. We’ve used that data to build a simple training system that’s easy to implement and fits around your daily schedule. Because we understand exactly what the common problems are, we know how to prevent them before they start.

Your dog rehearses behaviours every single day: the pulling, the barking, the chaos, the overexcitement and the lack of boundaries. Repetition creates habits, and habits become lifestyle. The longer you wait, hoping they’ll “grow out of it”, the harder it becomes to change.
You can carry on guessing and consuming endless conflicting advice online, feeling overwhelmed and frustrated, and hoping things somehow improve on their own.
Or you can work with someone who gives you clarity, structure and a proven plan. Someone who cuts through the noise, tells you exactly what matters and helps you create the dog you actually want to live with.
This coaching is for owners who are ready to stop winging it, stop feeling lost and finally feel in control again. If that’s you, and you’re ready to jump straight in, sign up today.

“I genuinely don’t believe we would be where we are today with Crumble if it wasn’t for Paul’s help.
We first started working with Paul online, and those early days were so important in helping us get the right structure and routine in place.
We were having some issues with toilet training, and the Zoom call with Paul was brilliant. He was able to look at what we were doing, identify where we were going wrong and help us put a much better routine in place, particularly around sleep, rest and making better use of the crate and playpen.
What I loved was how simple everything was. Paul explains things in a way that actually makes sense, and whenever I had a question, he was always very quick to get back to me. He would often direct me straight to a particular training video, which made it so easy to find exactly what I needed and put it into practice.
The main reason I chose Paul was because I had seen so many amazing reviews, but also because when I looked through his Instagram, his approach to training really resonated with me. It was clear, structured and made sense.
The online training academy is incredibly easy to navigate, and there is so much useful information there without it ever feeling overwhelming. Paul is also brilliant at directing you towards exactly what you need to be focusing on at each stage.
We have been lucky enough to work with Paul in person too, but I honestly believe the online training and the support we received in those early days helped give us the foundations we needed to get Crumble off to the right start.
It was absolutely worth the investment and I would 100% recommend Paul and his Online Training Academy. If you have the opportunity to work with Paul in person as well, I would highly recommend that too.
I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the dog Crumble is growing up to be. 😊❤️
Thank you Paul!”

“When we decided to get Mojo, it was partly because our 16-year-old son Alex, who has Down syndrome, wanted to become a dog trainer, and we picked Mojo to be his first puppy to train. Alex was really inspired by Paul’s experience training dogs for specialist work, including scent detection for explosives, which is what led us to meeting Paul in the first place.
We met Paul online twice, once before the puppy arrived and once after. I was excited about getting Mojo, but also pretty anxious. We knew he was going to be a big dog, and I worried about things like pulling on the lead, jumping up, or being hard for the family to manage.
I really connected with Paul’s approach. Having worked with and trained rodents before, I understood that consistency, repetition, and trusting the process are key. Paul really embodies that philosophy.
The online academy was incredibly helpful, even before Mojo came home. I watched the videos to get a sense of what to expect, things like whining, crate training, sleep, and all those early challenges. Paul has so much experience, and he explains things in such a calm way that you feel like if you listen and stay consistent, you’ll get where you want to be.
One of the biggest changes for us has been the routine. In those early days, protecting Mojo’s sleep was crucial. We had a timetable, the whole family was on board, and we even made a visual schedule for crate and nap times. We also established from the start that Mojo would learn good manners at home and in public.
The online course is so accessible. You can go at your own pace, revisit things when you need to, and ask questions in the supportive online community. I also love that Paul speaks directly to the camera. It feels so personal and human. He’s also always made time for our questions and worries, and he answers in a very professional way.
Overall, working with Paul has given our whole family much more confidence in raising Mojo. I’m seeing Alex develop his interest and relationship with Mojo along the way. I’d absolutely recommend Paul and the online academy. It’s been so much more than just teaching commands. It’s helped us understand Mojo, prepare for each stage, and trust the process.”

“I actually found Paul’s Instagram about six months before I even got my dog, Butter. I was going to be a first-time dog owner with absolutely no experience training a dog, and honestly, I had so much anxiety about whether I could realistically do it. I work a 9 to 5 job outside of the house, and I had thought of every possible scenario that could go wrong (how would he eat while I was at work? Where would he potty? How would I crate train him? Did I need an automatic feeder, an automatic water dispenser, a doggy door? 😂). I genuinely got to the point where I was considering backing out of getting a puppy altogether.
Paul’s Instagram videos gave me more clarity and reassurance as I got closer to getting my puppy. The way he explains training just clicked with me because he is very direct about actions and consequences and gives concrete, real-life examples. He explains what the expectation is, what you need to do, and your why.
Once I got Butter, I joined the Online Academy via the app Skool and also booked a 1:1 consultation with Paul, which was probably one of the most valuable things I could have done as a new puppy owner. I live in San Diego and Paul is in the UK, but he was incredibly accommodating with the time difference. During our Zoom call, I literally showed him Butter’s setup, my house and backyard, and explained my work situation, frantic about whether I was doing this right. He helped me make adjustments right there and answered every question I had, ridiculous or otherwise.
Given his experience, he also gave me other recommendations and preemptive training about things I hadn’t even thought about yet. He is very experienced not only in dog training but has specific knowledge about certain breeds such as mine, so he was able to share some of the behaviors I might eventually see with a Bernedoodle and was already giving me tools for things like leash pulling before they became bigger issues. He also understood that real life sometimes means you have to adapt the “ideal” training plan. For example, I was worried I might eventually need daycare because of my work schedule. Even though that might not be his first recommendation, there was never any judgment, and he helped me understand how I could make decisions that worked for my lifestyle while still being consistent with Butter’s training.
Butter is now five months old, and when I actually stop and think about how far he has come, it’s pretty incredible. The Online Academy itself is so much more than a collection of prerecorded videos. A lot of the videos feel like you’re actually sitting in one of Paul’s training classes; you hear other owners asking questions you probably would have asked yourself, and you get to see the training actually happening rather than just being told what to do.
The videos and the discussion groups in the app were incredibly helpful, and the community has been invaluable. You can ask questions, see what other owners are experiencing and learn from their answers, and Paul the expert regularly responds himself to reassure you. During those really difficult early puppy weeks, it was reassuring to discover that apparently we were all experiencing the same shared puppy trauma 😂. It genuinely made me feel less crazy and less alone.
At 5 months, Butter is fully crate trained, sleeps through the night, is potty trained, settles in his playpen and is now learning to settle outside of it. He walks on lead without pulling and has good recall considering his age. Despite all the puppy biting and chewing that comes with it, I haven’t had to replace a single shoe or anything in my house, and I’m thankful for Paul’s advocacy for crate training and keeping clear boundaries. Butter understands boundaries, doesn’t bark at every person or visitor, and overall is learning how to settle and self-soothe. Obviously, he’s still a puppy and absolutely tries to push his luck sometimes (he recently convinced me to let him on the couch 😂), but I feel like I have the tools to know how to respond rather than constantly wondering whether I’m doing everything wrong.
One of the biggest things I’ve taken from Paul’s training is how important playing with your dog and building that relationship is. As simple as that sounds, I genuinely think play has become one of the pillars of my relationship with Butter. The combination of building that relationship, being consistent and following through with what I ask of him has made such a difference in Butter wanting to engage with me, listen to me and learn. I went into puppy ownership thinking training was going to be this complicated list of things I somehow had to teach a dog, whereas Paul helped me understand the relationship and communication behind it.
I highly recommend Paul’s online academy and 1:1 consultation, especially if you’re feeling anxious like I was. And for those who live around his area and have the opportunity to receive in-person training, I envy you and you should definitely sign up! 😂😜”
